OK, now. Let's talk about what all teachers look forward to. TEACHERS' DAY!

Therefore, we had to stay back till 6.30p.m. just to rerun the whole skit with more edits. But, Esther was giving us a lot of problems. She did not want to cooperate with us. When we asked her to practise with us, she went away to do something else. When we told her of the new plot, she seemed to be stubborn enough not to listen.

We added Joreen's favourite scene when I have to ask everyone in class whether they have heard Justin Bieber's latest single, 'U Smile'. Since Joreen loves Justin Bieber, she really took the initiative to make this scene very funny. After Siri and I sing the U Smile chorus, Joreen will be like "No! Baby is better!" Then, the whole row at her side (Deborah, Esther and Zainab) will dance to 'Baby'. Rasinah, being the History teacher will ask if Justin was the guy which has a girl's voice and is quite short before dancing 'Baby' along with us. HAHA. Funny. Then, Syafiqah, being the goody-good student, she will ask "Is this a Justin Bieber impersonating contest? Aren't we supposed to be studying?" The whole class grew quiet and started having their History lesson before Joreen will suddenly stand up with a Justin Bieber poster and shout "I LOVE JUSTIN BIEBER!"

All of us had to be in the school hall by 6.45a.m. on Tuesday so everyone seemed to wake up super early just for that day. I woke up at 5.45a.m. and went to school to re-edit the script one last time with Siri and Rasinah.

We added the cellphone part where I will be 'using cellphone in class'. Rasinah will confiscate my phone but she turned out Facebooking on my cellphone too so in the end, she still has to 'return back my phone'. I still remember the lines I was supposed to convince Ms Low, Rasinah, to return me back my phone. "Ms Low, please return me back my phone. It is very precious to me. My soul lies in it... I will die without it. Well, maybe not but still... I want to have my phone back. I promise I won't do it again. Please Ms Low!" *wails*

Everybody was so stressed up during the day and since we had a fight with Esther the day before, everyone was pissed with her as she did not arrive on time for the last few rehearsals before the performance. She kept changing her mind and beating around the bush on whether she wants to join in the rehearsal or in the skit at all. In the end, I screamed at her but at least she was smart enough to keep a calm demeanour or else I would have shouted at her and cursed her in front of the whole school in the canteen.

Since she was not around for most of the last-minute rehearsals, I set out parts to some people to memorise Esther's lines.

Then, Esther suddenly cam back to us and tell us she wanted to join. There was really no use scolding and getting angry anymore due to the lack of time so I agreed and we forgave each other and blah blah blah.

We had some more time for real last-minute focussed rehearsals where the whole crew and cast were present. Thank goodness. While some of them rehearsed, I helped out Kylie and Shabira with the Powerpoint slides and audio.

We were really focussed except for me sometimes. I was in a blunder. I kept confusing Rui Lin as Mrs Tan and Rasinah as Ms Quek when in actual fact. Everything has changed. Rui Lin being Ms Koh while Rasinah being Ms Low. Joreen constantly 'scolded' me for not concentrating when I had asked everyone to stay focussed. LOL!

We played some Drama games like the famous 'Number game' to let us stay calm and focussed in the performance and we also prayed to reassure ourselves that we will do well.

In actual fact, we did and many people laughed! So, CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR TEAM! YAHOO! GOOD JOB DONE!

After our performance, it was the interval when teachers get to receive their gifts or see their graduated students. Some of us took this opportunity to give our gifts to our teachers. I baked butter cookies during the weekends with my Mom for the teachers and it turned out better than I expected. It tasted better than my Aunty's! So, I gave to Mr Quek (an extra black pen), Mrs Tan, Mr Sim (an extra pink pen. I know! It sounds very bimbo for a male to have pink but Mr Sim liked it! ROFL!), Mrs Chin and Ms Wong.

We went back to hall to watch the other performances like Ryan's dance, the famous Shock dance performed by the same group of guys that had performed 'Sorry Sorry' during Thanksgiving, Drama Club's skit and there was a wii challenge between the teachers and students. Rasinah teamed up with Mr Quek and the beat Ms Han and another student! Way to go! They played tennis.

I took some pictures with my friends before Deborah, Joreen, Kylie, Li Tong, Rasinah, Zainab and I went to McDonalds for brunch. We went on separate ways. I was with Joreen and Kylie. There was one time when almost got killed. Like literally. I was not concentrating. Blame on my slow instinct. I was walking so slowly and barely aware that there was a lorry that could have almost knocked me down on the road. Joreen knew better enough to pull me to the other side of the road and the thing was, I wasn't still aware that I was almost knocked down! HAHAHA! THANKS FOR SAVING MY LIFE JOREEN! YOU ARE MY GUARDIAN ANGEL! I was so blur, blur sotong! Joreen had the shock of her life, she said that she did not want to lose me as a friend yet and from then on, she had a trauma.

From that, we kept seeing lorries and I was almost knocked down again on the junction to McDonalds. We chatted and exchanged some lame jokes while the other group did their own things. I bet Rasinah and Zainab were talking about Jeffrey and Daniel Lightfoot as the two of them were sitting together.

On the way back, we saw another lorry and Joreen and I laughed it off. We guessed we had seen enough lorries for that day.

Joreen, Zainab, Deborah and I went back to school for this Methodist Teachers' Get Together briefing for ushering duties. I almost slept in several occasions as I woke up early that morning and I lacked sleep. Joreen slept at most of the time! HEHE! But in some parts, Joreen and I were very hyper about stuffs like Justin Bieber and Darren Choy. I exchanged a few conversation with Deborah, Rachelynn, Ting Ting, Zainab and Zhang Qing to let me stay awake. I used my bat, Darren, as a device to wake me up but unfortunately, it did not work.

After the briefing, Joreen and I went to the library to return the books and borrowed some books that Joreen has recommended to me. We exchanged several secrets and I realised we had a great time.

Rui Lin and I were supposed to go back to Haig Girls' School because it's the eve of Teachers' Day but we can't because of the stupid briefing. All I can say is... I really miss my ex-Primary School schoolmates, friends and teachers very much. I hope I can go back to Haig Girls' soon.

Lastly, I will end off with a wish to all the teachers.
