Hi people! It has been a very long time since I last blogged! Haha. Know why? The reason being because I was in Hong Kong and Macau for my holiday! All right dude! Isn't that fun? Sure is man and I will never forget that day...

I went to Hong Kong last Tuesday on the 10th of November and we stayed till the 17th of November. It's a week. Then on the 16th of November, we went to Macau for a day trip. I felt Macau is better than Hong Kong as it is cleaner, more 'environmentally-friendly' as in not so many people smoke in front of my face and the weather there's so cold! Colder than Hong Kong at that period of time! This is because China, Macau and Hong Kong are experiencing their winter season now. How cool is that?

On the first day in Hong Kong, we arrived in the airport in the afternoon. So, my Mom and I went to Causeway Bay to do some shopping in a street market. We bought some jewellery but found out we got cheated in the next few days because when we went to another shop in Hong Kong, the same necklace cost cheaper. Haiz... Never buy things after going through some research. Then, we went to eat my favourite Hong Kong speciality local food: curry fish balls. I tell you, it taste so damn good in a cold weather.

I realised that Hong Kongers are just so fit and thin! You know why? Reason being, they walk a lot! Man. You can see a lot of people anywhere you go and anytime. LOLs. They have so many steps in an MRT station and shopping malls too. Since I just removed my stitch not long ago, my leg felt really painful. I am still frustrated with that and with the Hong Kongers because they are just so like 'inconsiderate'? I should say? As, they often like to push people. LMAO. I am serious guys and I hate that. ARGH.

After dinner, we went back to rest by watching Cantonese TV shows. I was stuck as I don't understand Cantonese but My Mom can. So, I read my book and just listened to my music.

The second day, we went to Mong Kok and shop.

The third day, we went to The Peak! We went (Madamme Tussaurds)<-- Don't know if the spelling's correct. It is a wax museum that consists of famous celebrities like Nicole Kidman and Brad Pitt and loads more. I took loads of photo like mad! Even took a photo with Lee Kuan Yew's and Barrack Obama's wax figurine. ROFL! I felt like a star! We took lots of photos at the peak. Haha.

On the forth day, we went to Central and Causeway Bay with my Dad to shop again. We ate dinner with my Dad's colleagues.

On the fifth day aka Saturday, we went to visit the Avenue of Stars and a building called uhh... Sorry, forgotten the name... Heeehe. Pai seh, pai seh! We went out for dinner with my Mom's close friend name Gladys and her family. It was fun playing with her son, Ben. Well, I always find fun to play with little kids...

On the sixth day, I got sick... Aww, sad case... I had a bad running nose that doesn't seem to flow out my nose non-stop and a sore throat that keeps my mouth coughing like mad! After breakfast, I went straight back home after I told my parents that I was experiencing a bad headache.

Macau here we come! It is the seventh day and it was a Monday, the day we went to Macau! I was feeling better and more energised now. Like duh I should be because I slept like more than six hours the day before in the afternoon and slept at 10p.m. It was very rainy in the early morning but thank God it stopped at 9a.m. Hence, we immediately rushed down to the MRT station and took a Turbo-Jet to Macau. We only spent a day trip.

We went to a lot of sight-seeing with aunty Gladys. She followed us along to tour us. We went to eat a yummy brunch of Macau noodles. Then, we went to take some lovely pictures at some of the scenic buildings that were previously built by the Portuguese. It was beautiful... Then, we went to the Venetian where there is a huge casino. I finally get to see how does a real casino looks like without going in! Of course kids can't go in. They discourage of kids gambling. We went to eat Portuguese food for dinner before buying some biscuits back to Singapore. We managed to go back to Hong Kong at 9.30p.m. We ate some dessert before going back to the hotel and packed for the next day to go back to Singapore.

I felt really happy for this trip and really fortunate that I can visit the country with my family. I managed to buy all the nice and cheap stuff and get some family bonding. Well, let's just say... This trip was fantastic! Unfortunately, this trip also made me sick. (sniff, sniff) I am still having my flu and sore throat up till now! Haiyoyo... OK then. Have a nice holiday ahead people!
