My Holidays... (So Far) (Monday, June 8, 2009 / 3:09 PM)
I went to Malaysia this holidays (again...). Which part? Penang and Kuala Lumpur (again???)... Yea... My family and I always travel there. Reason? Ummm, because we are Malaysians and we stay in Singapore... So, we travel back to our hometown to eat hawker food and buy groceries? Yea, that's correct! Seriously, Malaysia things are cheaper than Singapore. Obviously? But... Some of the things are cheaper here (in Singapore, duh!), like branded stuffs.
The main reason why I went back to Penang was to pack my belongings because my parents and I need to move them (our belongings) to Singapore. A Caucasian family wanted to rent our house. That's why we need to move out our things. Well, I took only three days to pack while my parents took a week! OMG! Yup, but they really have a lot of stuffs to pack, unlike me. We drove to KL first on the 29th of May to stay over for a night at my God-mother's house before fetching my Grandma and cousin back to Penang the next day.
I cut my hair and it is now very short. (P.S. Will post some photos later.) Anyways, I played with my friends and cousins like mad. We went back to KL on the 5th of June. Since it was my Grandma's 68th birthday, my relatives, family and I celebrated at the Overseas Reastaurant. I went shopping, eating, sleeping and playing. I went to one of my cousin's house on the 6th of June. She has a new house and it was cool... She has a billiard table. Can you believe it? Her room leads to a secret room where it is known to be their family room. The billiard table is placed in this room. My cousin's name is Wendy. Wendy's room shows a view of the city! How cool is that!
I came back to Singapore yesterday, which was the 7th of June, just to realise that Singapore has the 15th case of H1N1 already. Haiz. I hate it so much. Guess this means the end of my holidays.
